Ordering process is as follows:

- Customer sends an application[pdf] with personal details and preferences.

- If order accepted, a personal interview takes place to develop project's main concept/design, materials, components, biomechanical study, etc, and a 50% deposit payment is done.

- Once manufacturing process completed, personal handing over to customer and pending 50% payment is done.

- Total project process time may vary from 3 to 9 months, depending on design's complexity and waiting list.

  Each Amaro is much more than just a custom frame, it's a global concept where all components are related and make their part according to the Amaro principles. This is why Amaro Bikes does not make just frames but complete bicycles.
